A large brick box designed under bioclimatic criteria. The regulations required collective housing, with shared access and garage. Thus, we propose a two-dwelling building, with a unitary exterior image, a large brick box that hides two semi-detached houses, more or less twins, with large windows to the South, protected by a steel brisolei, punctual holes in the east and west walls and a large window from side to side to take advantage of the north light on the first floor.
On the deck a common terrace delimited by the side walls and with a vegetal pergola to protect it from the sun, occupies practically the entire floor, giving them back the free space they had before in the family garden, with an a small swimming pool and great views over the tree-lined neighborhood.
